Baked chicken wings


Something that does not require biblical because I do not have time for such a thing, quick to prepare in the oven at low heat for about 2 hours even more, because I did not time, only my stomach warned me ....: D

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1 large onion of water
  • 3 capsicums
  • 1/2 kg of potatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • about 100 ml of oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation time: over 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Baked chicken wings:

We clean the wings, cut them and wash them. We place them in a tray with baking paper, then we add the potatoes cut into bigger pieces, we cut the onion and the pepper into bigger pieces, we also add the garlic cloves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add the oil and then mix everything in the pan to blend the flavors. Add a cup of water, cover the tray with baking paper and put it in the oven on a very low heat, about 2-3 hours.

With 1/2 hour, remove the baking paper, turn on the heat and let it brown a little.

That's about it, I did my job in the garden, the oven took care to cook our "papica" .... Have fun!


Baked chicken wings

-salt, ground black pepper, other spices - to taste.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1.Mix the ketchup with the mayonnaise.

2.Wash the chicken wings and dry them with paper towels. Then rub them with salt and ground black pepper.

3. Pour the ketchup combined with the mayonnaise over them. Mix them and let them marinate for 30 minutes.

4. Place the fins on a tray lined with aluminum foil (you can grease it with a little oil) and bake for 30-40 minutes in the preheated oven to 180 ° C.

If you add garlic passed through the garlic press and your favorite spices (for example: paprika, nutmeg, herbs) to the mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise, the dish will amaze you with its new taste notes.

Ingredient:

15 chicken wings
1 onion
1 carrot
A quarter small celery
1 bell pepper
2 tablespoons rice
2 potatoes
1 tablespoon vegeta

Method of preparation:
Wash the vegetables and greens, clean them and cut them into cubes.

Put 2.5 liters of water in a pot and season with a tablespoon of vegeta and taste. Add the wings and cook for 15 minutes.


After 15 minutes, add the diced carrot, onion, celery and pepper. Leave the soup on the fire for another 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, add the peeled potatoes and cut into cubes beforehand and the rice. Let everything boil for another 15 minutes, after which the soup is ready. When serving, we can add a tablespoon of sour cream to the plate.





Method of preparation

We cut the tips of the wings, then we cut them in 2.

Put wings in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 clove crushed garlic, spices to taste.

Mix well with your hands, cover with foil and set aside for 30 minutes.

We place them in the tray lined with baking paper and put them in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning them to brown on both sides.

Meanwhile I prepared the icing, in a kettle I added 1 teaspoon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons oil, crushed garlic clove, a little salt.

Bring to the boil and allow to cool.

When the meat was well penetrated and slightly browned, I took out the tray, I brushed the wings on both sides.

Transfer the wings to the oven grill, insert on the middle step, put a baking paper tray underneath.

40 ml soy sauce (20 ml normal sauce + 20 ml lightly salted)
40 ml orange juice
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon grated brown sugar
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon 5 Chinese flavors

  1. Remove the wing tips (you can freeze them for the next soup). The rest of the wings are cut on both sides. Wash and then dry well with napkins.
  2. Massage the meat with crushed garlic, chili and spice 5 Chinese flavors.
  3. In a cup mix the soy sauce, orange juice, sesame oil, honey, sugar, vinegar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour this marinade over the meat.
  4. Marinate the meat in the fridge for 4 hours, stirring when you remember it. Remove and allow to return to room temperature until the oven heats up.
  5. Heat the 220C oven (or 200C with fan).
  6. Bake the wings for 1 hour. During this time you have to mix them for about 15 minutes, soak them in the sauce on all sides and caramelize them everywhere. In the first 40 minutes you will not see much, just how the wings are progressively browned. The caramelization takes place at the end, when the wings acquire that intense color due to the sauce that thickens and covers them. It is also possible that the baking time is shorter (depending on the size of the tray and the material from which it is made). So after 30-40 minutes keep an eye on them and when they look like in my picture, the sauce is like honey, they can be removed.

hot barbecue sauce,
moldy cheese or melted cheese,

Cover the oven grill with aluminum foil to prevent the meat from sticking and then heat the oven to 180 ° C. Place the fins side by side on the entire surface of the grill and leave them for 75 to 90 minutes maintaining the same temperature of 180 ° C, until they become brown and crispy.

First mix the butter with the barbeque sauce in the bowl and then put the wings, shaking the bowl until they are perfectly covered. Arrange a plate of celery and carrots over which to place the meat next to a bowl of melted cheese.


I mixed the starch, salt, sugar, paprika and pepper in a large bowl (you can use whatever spice you like instead of smoked paprika: curry powder, cumin or thyme).

I added the chicken wings and mixed them well until they were covered with all the above mixture.

Then I placed them in a large tray lined with baking paper and put them in the oven heated to 180 degrees with ventilation, for 55-60 minutes.

While they were in the oven, I mixed all the ingredients for the sauce (you can add jam, fish sauce, hot pepper paste or lemon juice until you get the taste you want).

I took the chicken wings out of the oven and ate them with the sweet-spicy sauce and a large portion of french fries.


As a slightly more sophisticated recipe for dinner, but with a low degree of difficulty, we recommend these crispy baked chicken wings. The secret of the recipe lies in the use of baking powder. The cooking time of the crispy chicken wings is 10 minutes, and the cooking time is about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

This dish goes perfectly with a fragrant honey sauce with garlic.

Ingredients for crispy chicken wings:

2 kilograms of chicken wings, cut in half
2 tablespoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
extra-virgin olive oil

4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons white vinegar
2-3 cloves of chopped garlic

5 steps to prepare crispy chicken wings:

1. To make the chicken wings, leave them uncovered in the fridge for a few hours. If you do not have time, you can use a paper towel to dry them.

2. Heat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius and place a shelf slightly below the middle of the oven and one slightly below it. Put baking paper in a baking tray, over which you put a shelf, like the grill over and sprinkle with a little olive oil.

3. Add the wings to a large bowl or sealing bag. Add baking powder and salt and mix well to cover evenly. Add the wings on the baking tray in a single layer, with the skin facing up. Put the chicken wings in the middle of the oven and leave for 30 minutes.

4. Move the wings to the top shelf and raise the oven temperature to 220 degrees Celsius. Leave in the oven for 40-50 minutes, turning the tray in half. Remove the pan from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes.

5. To prepare the honey sauce with garlic, add all the ingredients in a bowl large enough to soften the chicken wings. Mix well until you get a homogeneous composition and serve with the chicken prepared in the oven.


Baked chicken wings

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C / 350 ° F. Crush the garlic and remove the green buds. Grate the lime peel and squeeze the juice. Finely chop the garlic, hot pepper and coriander.

500 g chicken wings - salt - pepper

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

5 tablespoons olive oil - 200 ml barbeque sauce - salt - pepper - sugar - paprika

In a large freezer bag, mix the garlic, hot pepper, lime juice, lime peel, half the amount of coriander, olive oil and barbeque sauce with the chicken until everything combines well. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and paprika.

Remove the chicken wings from the freezer bag and drain the excess liquid. Arrange the chicken wings on a tray in which you put baking paper and leave in the oven for approx. 25 - 30 min. at 180 ° C / 350 ° F until golden brown. Halfway through the baking time, turn the wings to the other side.

Squeeze the file. In a bowl, mix the cream, remaining coriander, lime juice, salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil.
