Ingredients for making salmon steak in a pan

  1. 4 pieces salmon steak (approx. 1.5 kg)

Cooking salmon steak in a pan:

Step 1: Prepare the products.

Take chilled steaks salmon and put them in a pan. In a separate bowl, squeeze the juice of two lemons, add salt, pepper, spices for fish. Everything is added to taste. For example, I like spicy, so I add pepper more than usual. Next, mix and pour the resulting marinade into a saucepan with steaks.

Step 2: Fry the vegetables.

Next, clean and cut the onion with carrots, and fry in a pan for about 10 minutes - preferably in olive oil, after which we spread it on a large dish.

Step 3: Fry the salmon steaks.

Then we fry our steaks - also in olive oil. I want to note that you do not need to fry for a long time - steaks cook quickly. Maximum 10-15 minutes!

Step 4: Serve the salmon steak in a pan.

We serve salmon with fried onions and carrots. Often I fry ordinary oyster mushrooms too - then the side dish is not needed :) You can decorate with greens and a leaf of mint. And it is possible and standardly - with a slice of lemon. Salmon steak looks great in any form, with or without garnish! Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - do not buy frozen salmon, after frying the meat will be dry.

- - do not forget to rinse the fish

- - you can cut the radish with tomatoes, and season everything with olive oil - you get a light salad, which goes well on the table with the cooked dish.
