Kneading the test ingredient is necessary until it becomes smooth, dense, elastic, and sticks to the hands. After that, we form a kolobok from the dough and transfer it to a container previously lubricated with vegetable oil. Wrap a bowl of dough several times with cling film and set aside in a warm place for 45 - 60 minutesso that it rises and increases in size approximately 2 times.

Step 3: prepare the onion.

Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse it under running water. We shift the vegetable onto a cutting board and, using the same sharp inventory, cut our ingredient into half rings. Immediately after that we shift the chopped onions into a free plate.

Step 4: prepare the dill.

We wash the dill greens under running water and, brushing it off the water, put it on a cutting board. With a knife, finely chop our ingredient, and the smaller the better. Then transfer the chopped dill to a clean plate.

Step 5: prepare the cheese.

Using a medium grater, rub the cheese into a small bowl. Attention: since the cheese product has the ability to quickly dry and weather, we wrap the container with cling film. Pizza cheese can be of any kind to your taste, both hard and soft.

Step 6: prepare the olives.

We do not open the lid of the jar of canned olives completely and, holding the lid with our hands, drain the liquid into the sink. Then, using a tablespoon, transfer the olives to a cutting board and use a knife to cut them into circles. After - transfer the ingredient to a free plate. Step 7: prepare the filling.

Pour olive oil into the pan and put the bowl on medium heat. After the oil warms up well, make the fire less than average and transfer to a container using a tablespoon of half an onion, chopped dill, as well as spices - oregano and thyme. Salt and pepper to taste. Stew all the ingredients for 15-20 minutes, constantly stirring everything with a wooden spatula until the onion becomes slightly golden brown. Attention: make sure that the onion ingredient is not burnt. After - turn off the fire, and cover the filling with the lid so that the onion is saturated with spices.

Step 8: make pizza with onions.

After the dough is infused, we take it out of the bowl and put it on the table crushed with flour. Once again, manually knead the dough with your hands and use the rolling pin to roll out the test layer. Its thickness should not be more 3-4 millimeters. Attention: the diameter of the test formation should not be larger than the diameter of the baking dish. We spread the dough in a mold previously greased with a pastry brush with a small amount of olive oil and sprinkle with cornmeal. Manually form the sides along the edge of the test pancake. Then, using a tablespoon, spread the tomato paste on the surface of the dough and, using the same table object, evenly distribute it over the entire surface of the dough sheet. It is important that the tomato ingredient does not extend beyond the edges of the sides. We spread the filling evenly on the tomato layer. Sprinkle it with grated cheese on top, and decorate the cheese ingredient with rings of olives. Put the pizza mold in the preheated oven to a temperature 230 ° C and bake for 18-20 minutes. When the dough is lightly browned, turn off the oven, and take out the form with the finished dish using kitchen oven gloves from the oven. Using a knife, we separate the pizza from the side walls of the mold and the wooden spatula, we transfer it to a wide dish for serving.
