Step 1: prepare the dough.

Reduce the temperature of the stove, and fry on both sides for about 2 minutes, turn the pancake with a kitchen spatula, it is best to use a metal one. We transfer the finished golden pancake to the prepared plate. Next, scoop out the dough again and fry the remaining pancakes. If necessary, add oil to the pan. A stack of ready-made fragrant pastries can be served on the table.

Step 3: serve.

Recipe Tips:
