Making salad with grapes and shrimp:
Step 1: Cook the shrimp.Since shrimps in this dish are the main ingredient, you need to seriously and competently approach their preparation. So, we set frozen and unpeeled shrimps to thaw at room temperature. At the same time, put on a medium heat to heat a pot of water (2x - liter). As soon as it boils, salt to taste (about 1 tablespoon of salt) and put out a few branches of dill and peas. Give the broth a little boil (no more than a minute) and add to the pan half a lemon. Cook it for 1.5-2 minutesand then pour defrosted shrimp into the broth. Mix and cook a little less than 3 minutes. We take out the finished shrimp using a colander from the pan and let them cool slightly at room temperature.

Step 4: Prepare the ingredients.We clear the cooled shrimp from the head and the shell, and then cut them in half, but across. Quail eggs (already peeled) are not cut into small cubes. Crab sticks (by the way, I bought them in ice cream, so they must be thawed at room temperature in advance), cut into medium cubes (1 cm thick). Peel the apple, cut it in half - remove the core, and then cut into cubes (approximately 3x3 cm) Grapes remained: mine, cut in half and remove all the bones. Parsley and basil are thoroughly washed under cold running water, dried and finely chopped.
Step 5: Prepare a salad with grapes and shrimp.All chopped ingredients: shrimp, grapes, crab sticks, apple, greens, eggs - mix in a salad bowl and pour everything with garlic dressing. We taste and salt if necessary (but I didn’t). Now, actually the final stage. We take a wide serving dish, and decorate it on the sides with lettuce (pre-washed and dried). Then put our salad in the center. And on top with a fine grater we rub the cheese (I have Parmesan). Thus, the whole variety of salad ingredients is hidden under a layer of cheese.
Step 6: Serve the salad with grapes and shrimp.Let the salad stand literally 5-10 minutes so that it is saturated. And it is not necessary to hide it in this case in the refrigerator, you can leave it directly on the table. Serve a bottle of white wine as an aperitif to the dish, and as a side dish, cook baked potatoes with cheese. Enjoy your meal!
