Preparation of Stolichniy salad:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients for the salad.

Wash potatoes and carrots thoroughly under cold running water. We put it in a saucepan over low heat. The readiness of the products is checked with a toothpick or a wooden skewer. The main thing is not to digest. Boil the chicken until cooked in salted water. It takes time about 20 minutes. Hard boiled eggs. To do this, wash them, put them in a saucepan and fill them with water to the top. Cook over moderate heat after boiling. 10 minutes, the field of which we cool in cold water.

Step 2: Cut everything into a salad.

Cut the pickled cucumber in half lengthwise and then chop into thin slices. We perform the same operation with boiled carrots, which we previously previously peeled. Again, we cut along, like pickled cucumbers, and then finely chop. Chicken eggs are cut along, then again in half and only then shred. If someone has an egg cutter, you can use it, but the main thing is to get thin slices. First we cut the boiled potatoes along, then, depending on the size of the potato, we can cut it again, two or even three, if it is large with us. Shred the potatoes. Open a jar of peas and drain the juice from it. We put all this in one dish. We tear chicken directly with our hands, do not be afraid, because the taste will be better. But if you don't like it, you can cut it. This is not so important. Then put mayonnaise, a spoonful of sour cream, salt to your taste, pepper with ground black pepper (it will add us a fragrant aroma to the salad). I usually mix the salad myself with my hands.

Step 3: Serve the capital salad.

When serving, I sprinkle salad with finely chopped fresh cucumbers and, if anyone has a desire, a green onion. The most important thing is that they are not afraid that the slices may seem large and not appetizing in taste - this is not so, because this is the most interesting thing in this salad. They are in a couple of hours soaked, and it turns out very tasty and unusual. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you don’t have chicken at hand, you can safely put boiled meat of your choice (pork, beef, lamb, veal) or boiled sturgeon, you will not spoil the salad, but only give it a special taste and uniqueness.

- - I advise you to buy cucumbers only pickled, salted are not suitable.

- - The most important thing is that the salad is cut a few hours before serving. This is an important factor, since each slice of shredded products has time to soak in mayonnaise and sour cream.
