Pancakes with Chicken


Chicken Pancake Ingredients

For pancakes:

  1. Premium wheat flour 1.5 cups
  2. Milk (3.5%) 2 cups
  3. Chicken eggs 2 pcs.
  4. Sugar 1 tablespoon
  5. Pinch of salt
  6. Soda 0.3 teaspoon
  7. Vegetable oil to taste
  8. Parsley 1.5 tablespoons

For filling:

  1. Chicken fillet 500 gr.
  2. Milk (3.5%) 400 ml.
  3. Wheat flour 1 tablespoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Ground black pepper to taste
  6. Parsley to taste
  7. Olive oil to taste

Cooking pancakes with chicken:

Step 1: Knead the dough into pancakes.

I always knead the dough for pancakes with a mixer. So, in a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and salt. Then pour the flour and mix gently until a homogeneous mass is formed. After which we pour in the milk, whisk and at the end pour in a little vegetable oil. Well, the last touch - finely chop the greens and add to the dough.

Step 2: Fry the pancakes.

We put on a medium heat well to heat the pan, grease it with vegetable oil and with the help of a ladle we pour the dough and evenly, in circular revolutions, distribute it on the surface. As soon as the pancake below is slightly browned with quick movements, turn it over and still fry about 20 seconds. So we fry all the pancakes, which we then cool.

Step 3: Prepare the filling.

We put the chicken on medium heat to cook. And at this time we’ll be preparing the sauce. To do this, heat the pan, pour the vegetable oil and spread the flour to fry, stirring constantly. Fry until golden brown, then pour in milk, add spices, mix well and cook until thick (about 5-7 minutes). Cool the prepared meat and finely chop it, and then add it to the sauce along with finely chopped parsley.

Step 4: Cooking Chicken Pancakes.

In the middle of each pancake we spread about 2 teaspoons of the filling, and wrap.

Step 5: Serve the pancakes with chicken.

Ready-made pancakes can be served immediately, or you can lightly fry them. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - Thanks to the sauce, the pancakes are very juicy. But you can also just fry finely chopped chicken fillet with onions.

- - If you don’t have time to mess around with meat, buy ready-made chicken meat and fry it in a pan with spices and herbs. And the filling is ready.
