Cooking Cheese Stew:

Step 1: Cook the chicken.

The chowder is very tender due to the combination of chicken and processed cheeses. So, first of all, we need to rinse the meat well under cold running water, and then put it on medium heat to cook three liter saucepan. Cook until fully cooked, about 20 minutes. In this case, after boiling, it is necessary to remove the noise and slightly reduce the fire.

Step 2: Cut the vegetables.

At this time, we peel all vegetables from the skin and wash under water. Then cut the potatoes into medium cubes, about 3x3 cm; rub the carrots on a fine grater, and finely chop the onion.

Step 3: Cooking Cheese Stew.

After the fillet is cooked, remove it from the broth and pour rice into it and cook within 10 minutes. Then add potatoes, carrots and onions and cook about 7 minutes. At this time, cut the cooled meat into pieces and add to the soup. And now we cook until the potatoes are ready. And as soon as it is ready, add cheese to the chowder, mix thoroughly and remove the pan from the heat.

Step 4: Serve the cheese stew.

Sprinkle the soup with finely chopped parsley, pour into serving plates and can be served. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - Of course, such a stew can be cooked from any meat, but I like it better with chicken.

- - If you did not notice, we did not fry the soup, which gave it a light taste.

- - Instead of cream cheese, ordinary processed cheese can be added to the stew.
