Therefore, we take the pan, pour the sugar, add the eggs and beat everything with a mixer, then pour the milk and pour the flour, mix well and send it to boil over medium heat, and it is necessary to stir occasionally with a whisk. As soon as the milk begins to boil, reduce the heat and begin to stir the cream more intensively until it acquires the consistency of thick sour cream. Then remove the pan from the heat and immediately pour cocoa powder and vanillin into the cream. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed, cover with a plastic bag and leave to cool. Then add butter to it and mix.
Step 2: Knead the dough.Pour sugar into a shallow pan, add eggs, honey, soda and a little butter, and carefully beat everything with a whisk. Then we send the pan to a water bath, and it is necessary to stir occasionally until the mass becomes homogeneous and the sugar is completely melted. Then remove the pan, add cocoa powder, mix, add flour and gently knead with a spoon. When the mass becomes very thick, put it on the table, pre-sprinkled with flour, and begin to knead the soft dough. Which is then divided into 8 parts.
Step 3: Bake the cakes.Roll the first part into a thick layer about 1 cm. Set the oven to heat. 180 degrees. Take a baking sheet, grease with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour. Since the dough is very soft, we wrap it on a rolling pin and thus shift it onto a baking sheet, and send it to bake in the oven 5-7 minutes. At this time, roll out the remaining parts. Cut the finished cakes in half, and in the end we got 16 pieces.
Step 4: Cook the icing.Pour a little vegetable oil (odorless) into the pan, add pieces of chocolate and send it to be heated in a water bath. Then remove from heat and knead everything until smooth.
Step 5: Cooking Ladies Caprice.Cakes, cream and icing are ready, we just have to collect the cake. But we forgot to chop nuts, so we don’t waste time, and quickly chop them with a rolling pin or a blender. Then pour the top cake with glaze and distribute it over the entire surface and on the sides. We send it to the freezer for about 15 minutes so that the icing freezes.
