Chicken Puff Ingredients

Cooking puffs with chicken:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Step 4: prepare the filling.

Grind chicken, mushrooms and onions in a blender. Transfer to a pan, add a third glass of warm boiled water, salt, pepper and simmer over low heat 10 minutes. Then leave the filling to cool slightly at room temperature.

Step 5: prepare chicken puffs.

We lay out the filling in the middle of the square from the dough, with our hands we blind the edges. We cover the baking sheet with baking paper, which we lubricate with vegetable oil. We shift the puffs onto a baking sheet and pierce each puff once with a fork. You can grease the top of the puff with an egg, a whipped fork or sour cream. Bake chicken puffs in a preheated oven up to 180 degrees about 15 minutes.

Step 6: serve the chicken puffs.
