Cooking broth with noodles:

Step 1: Cook the meat broth.

First of all, it is necessary to cut the chicken into pieces, rinse them well under cold running water, after which we transfer them to the pan and fill with water. Add onions (directly with the husk), salt and send to cook on medium heat. As soon as the water boils, remove the noise, reduce the heat and cook until the meat is ready.

Step 2: Cook the noodles.

About 15 minutes before readiness, put a pot of water on the next burner and bring it to a boil. Then salt and spread the noodles to cook. Once it becomes soft, it must be filtered with a colander and seasoned with a piece of butter.

Step 3: Serve the broth with noodles.

In the serving plates, first put the noodles and pour the broth with a piece of meat. Sprinkle finely chopped greens on top and you can invite the household to dine. Enjoy your meal!
