Cherry and chocolate cake


Beat whole eggs with the sugar until they become frothy. Gradually add the oil, milk, lemon peel and flour mixed with baking powder. At the end add grated chocolate.

Pour the composition into a tray lined with baking paper. Place the cherries that have been left to drain (mine were from the freezer). Bake on low heat for about 40-45 minutes (do the toothpick test).

Leave to cool, then portion and serve with or without powdered sugar.

  7. I poured the chocolate cream over the daquoise top and let it cool until the cream hardened.
  8. To make yogurt mousse with cherry jam I proceeded as follows: I mixed the jam with the yogurt and separately I made the whipped cream, proceeding as here.
  9. I then mixed the yogurt with the whipped cream, homogenizing it with light movements, from the bottom up, in order to keep it aerated.
  10. I prepared the gelatin by proceeding as I explained when I described above how to make chocolate cremeux after which I mixed it with yogurt and jam mousse, I poured over the counter and cremeux after which I let it cool until it hardened. and the mousse layer.
  11. To make cherry jelly, I passed the cherries with a blender and turned them into fruit puree.
