Clean it well and wash the fish and let it drain a bit (I also removed the head).
Place each fish on aluminum foil, sprinkle with salt, hot paprika and sprinkle with lemon. Roll and place it neatly in a tray where we put water with two fingers.
Put it in the preheated oven for a maximum of 30 minutes, turning it on one side and the other a couple of times.
Meanwhile, we prepare the sauce: we clean the garlic and grind it, we rub it with a little oil and salt like mayonnaise and we match it with yogurt, according to everyone's taste; we can add a little water. When the fish is ready, "strip" the foil and serve with mujdei and lemon.
